Father Michel KOUAM is a Professor Emeritus of Philosophy and Theology at the Catholic University of Central Africa (Catholic Institute of Yaoundé – UCAC-ICY). He also teaches in the MBA program in Strategic Management.

Deeply committed to human and organizational development, he is the Founder and President of the NGO-FAKA (Abbé Kouam and Friends Foundation), the promoter of the coaching firm “Coaching Pour Tous”, and the founder of the Higher Institute of Digital and e-Management (IS-UNeM).
