Stéphane BIDJA SOLA teaches Civil Law at a private higher education institution for nursing students, and also gives courses in Civic Education (ECM), Civil Law, and Commercial Law at the secondary level in the Accounting and Management track.

Alongside his academic activities, he is actively involved in the humanitarian sector. He serves as a Program and Administration Officer at the Latiwa Development Foundation (LDF), and as Deputy Secretary General of the NGO-FAKA (Abbé Kouam and Friends Foundation).
